 I have been checking root and nodule development in every soybean field I can. So far so good. Overall root systems look healthy and nodules are just starting to fix nitrogen on the earlier planted beans. I have seen some signs of compaction causing roots to grow along the seed trench. Most have broken through that compaction and are growing normally.

 New Channel 199-11STX. This 99 day product emerged quickly and has shown great early season vigor. The dark green and very upright leaves canopy quickly.  New Channel 2119R2X Xtend soybeans. This 2.1 maturity product looks to be a great replacement for 2108R2 and 2218R2X. It should be a medium height product with a top notch disease package.
 These Channel 1818R2X soybean treated with Tripidity planted April 28th have reached the R1 growth stage. This is a critical stage for herbicide and fungicide applications. Please read labels carefully.   New Channel 197-90STX will be a totally new 97 day product available for 2019. So far it looks great!. There is a big class of new products this year. I will profile each one over the course of the summer.  New Channel 1619R2X will be a great fit to the early side of the lineup. This new extend soybean has a great defensive package along with top end yield.

Getting empty boxes unloaded and broke down in the light of the Mahindra.  Some of the empty boxes ready to ship back to Channel next week. There are many left to get in the following weeks.
