Channel 197-90VT2P (dark green) and 194-49DG-VT2P (med. green) split planter below the warehouse. These two are looking great. If the river cooperates I should get good yield data to help make seed decision for customers this fall. This season i have a big corn plot and soybean plot featuring existing and new products. On other farms I have the following match-ups, 194-49 vs 192-08, 199-11 vs 195-18, and 195-18 vs 192-08.

Knee high+ Channel 197-90VT2P- Nemastrike. Heat should return to the area next week driving corn growth. Now is the time to get sidedressing done as well. Make sure proper treatments (agrotain/factor) is applied to urea and wait until good rain chances are forcasted.
Returns of seed, boxes, and pallets is wrapping up. Please let me know if you have anything you would like returned.
New Channel 194-49DG-VT2P proving that we can believe the hype. This product was in plots only last year. It has the top end of 100 day hybrids with the emergence and dry down of an early product. Hands down the best hybrid under 95 day in the industry.
One week of heat made a big difference. 194-49DG-VT2P on the left, 197-90VT2P on the right. Top photo was taken June 7th, bottom photo June 14th. The corn plot has been relocated out of the flood plain to the back field by the warehouse. These two hybrids look amazing so far. Great stands and excellent early growth.
This area of the field was full of 4-6" giant ragweed. Using the right combination and rates of chemicals is very important. Please call if you have tough weeds to kill.
